'Wolastoq' is a Maliseet term referring to the 'beautiful and picturesque Saint John River' in New Brunswick. The Saint John River has traditionally been a major transportation route and food source for the Indigenous Peoples of New Brunswick; it continues to have very important social and cultural significance to this day.

We chose the river is a fitting metaphor for our company - alive and active, it quickly adapts to its environment and navigates the best path toward its end goal.
